Police officers of the Criminal Police Sector of this MUP KS arrested Tomislav Spahović, born in 1990 in Germany, residing in Sarajevo, due to grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of murder, and A.N., born in 1981 in Sarajevo, where he resides, due to grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of aiding the perpetrator after the commission of the criminal offense, writes the BH News Agency Patria.
Spahović was arrested on suspicion of murdering Amil Gec in the Buča Potok settlement on Friday, April 22, on Nusreta Prohića street, Novi Grad Sarajevo municipality. Gec sustained gunshot wounds to the head and died at UKCS. A warrant had been issued for Spahović, and he arrived at MUP KS accompanied by his lawyer Omar Mehmedbašić, who is also the lawyer for the previously arrested Melisa Musić, who is linked to this event and for whom custody has been ordered.
The duo was handed over to the Department for Detention of Detained Persons of the MUP of Sarajevo Canton.
Incidentally, Spahović is a well-known BiH MMA fighter.
