White Widow Killed?

One of the most wanted Britons, Samantha Lewthwaite, also known as the Islamic State terrorist nicknamed the White Widow, was reportedly killed two weeks ago. This news was published by the Russian news agency Regnum, and reported by the Daily Mail.

Lewthwaite, reports the BH News Agency Patria, was shot by a Russian sniper in the vicinity of Luhansk, Regnum reports.

The White Widow was married to Germaine Lindsay, one of the bombers on the London Underground on July 7, 2005. After his death, she married one of the leaders of al-Shabaab, a group linked to al-Qaeda.

After his death, she took over his duties, and at the beginning of the year, she began training female suicide bombers for the Islamic State.
