Russian Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov killed, explosive device placed under car

(Patria) - Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov, head of the Operational Training Department of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, was killed in an explosion on Yasenevaya Street in Moscow.

This information was confirmed to TASS by Svetlana Petrenko, official representative of the Investigative Committee of Russia.



She stated that an explosive device placed under the vehicle was detonated.

The head of the Operational Training Department of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces died from his injuries.
