Man killed in Alipašino Polje

A man was killed in the Sarajevo settlement of Alipašino Polje in the evening hours, and his body was found near a catering facility. Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Sarajevo Canton are on the scene and have cordoned off the area, writes Patria. Several hours after the murder, the identity of the victim is known, it is 38-year-old Damir Hodović.

- Our police officers and the prosecutor from the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo, as well as a forensic expert, arrived at the scene. The investigation is ongoing - said the spokesperson of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Sarajevo Canton, Irfan Nefić.

He also stated that all information that could help the police in shedding light on this criminal offense and identifying the perpetrator is being collected.
