
ZVORNIK, (Patria) - Police officers of the Zvornik Police Department of the Ministry of Interior of Republika Srpska deprived N.M. (born 1993) from Osmaci and N.S. (born 1950) from Bratunac of their liberty, on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of "People Smuggling".
Police officers of the Zvornik Police Station, while undertaking operational-tactical measures and actions, on the night of May 3 to 4, 2019, near the Zvornik-Milići main road in the locality of Jošanica, inspected a passenger vehicle of the make "Ford", driven by N.M. During the inspection, eight persons from Pakistan were identified in the vehicle, suspected of having illegally crossed the border with the neighboring country.
On the same night, police officers of the Zvornik Traffic Safety Police Station in the locality of Karakaj inspected a passenger vehicle of the make "Nissan", driven by N.S. from Bratunac. On that occasion, seven persons from Pakistan were identified in the vehicle, suspected of having illegally crossed the border with the neighboring country.
The duty prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina was informed of everything. Police officers continue further work on completing and documenting the criminal offense of "People Smuggling".
