Five dealers prosecuted in Velika Kladuša for drug offenses

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Investigators from the Department for Prevention and Abuse of Narcotic Drugs and Human Trafficking of the Criminal Police Sector, investigators from the Criminal Police Department of the Bihać Police Station, and police officers of the Special Support Police Unit yesterday, based on previously gathered operational knowledge and planned activities to suppress drug abuse, and based on the Order of the Municipal Court in Velika Kladuša, searched residential and accompanying buildings, as well as movable property of the suspects E.D., G.A., H.E., G.A., and Š.D. – all from Velika Kladuša – in six locations in that municipality.

An indeterminate amount of white powder resembling the narcotic drug "cocaine", an indeterminate amount of brown powder resembling the narcotic drug "heroin", an indeterminate amount of white substance resembling the narcotic drug "speed", an undetermined amount of herbaceous substance resembling the narcotic drug "cannabis sativa", as well as a larger amount of money in various denominations and mobile phones, precision scales, a larger quantity of ammunition for military weapons, and a device for consuming narcotic drugs called a "bong" were found with the said persons.

The said persons were deprived of their liberty and will be handed over to the acting prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of USC, along with reports on the committed criminal offenses under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of FBiH, "Unauthorized Production and Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs".
