Šarović, Borenović and Nešić to appear before the BiH Prosecutor's Office today over disputed NSRS conclusions

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina will continue hearings today in the case against several individuals suspected of the criminal offense of "attack on the constitutional order".

The hearing of witnesses continues today and tomorrow, when the presidents of DNS and SDS, Nenad Nešić and Mirko Šarović, will be heard, while the president of PDP, Branislav Borenović, will appear before the prosecutors tomorrow.

The first to be heard as a witness was Goran Selak, president of the Socialist Party of Srpska. After the hearing, Selak said he does not understand why he was summoned to the Prosecutor's Office, as the prosecutor asked him about well-known facts regarding the special session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska held on December 10, when conclusions on the transfer of competencies from the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Republika Srpska were adopted.

In this case, all presidents of the ruling parties in RS, the President of RS Željka Cvijanović, and the proposers of the conclusions are under suspicion.
