Over 1.2 million infected worldwide, Trump warns Americans to prepare for 'a lot of death'

(Patria) – US President Donald Trump has warned American citizens to prepare for 'a lot of death' in the coming weeks.

More than 311,000 cases have been confirmed in the US, with over 8,000 deaths, 3,500 of which are in the state of New York. China has donated 1,000 ventilators to this most affected US state.

A slight increase in new cases has been recorded in China despite the ban on entry for foreign nationals.

At the same time, there are positive indications in Europe of a slight decrease in the number of patients in intensive care; for example, in Italy, this number is now slightly less than 4,000.

In Spain, too, the number of new infections has started to fall for the second day in a row. However, the number is still high, reaching 7,000 in the past 24 hours.

Let us recall that Spain has surpassed Italy in terms of the number of infections, and is now immediately behind the US with 124,736 confirmed infected and 11,000 victims.

There are now over 6,800 patients in intensive care in French hospitals, and the number of confirmed infected continues to grow rapidly.

The total global death toll has exceeded 65,000, and the number of confirmed infected worldwide is over 1,202,000.
