Traffic regime change on the Eternal Flame-Titova-National Museum section on Saturday

(Patria) - Due to the BH Pride Parade, there will be a temporary change in traffic in the center of Sarajevo on Saturday, June 25, 2022.

Traffic will be suspended from 3:00 PM on the route: Eternal Flame - Titova Street - National Museum and all connecting streets. In addition to motor vehicles, most streets will also be closed to pedestrian traffic, as indicated by the decision issued by the Ministry of Transport of Sarajevo Canton. The decision is valid for the period from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. 

Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton will direct traffic to alternative routes and ensure smooth vehicle flow.

The alternative route from the Old Town towards New Sarajevo is: Mula Mustafe Bašeskije Street (near the Cathedral) - Petrakijina Street - Mehmed Paše Sokolovića Street - Čekaluša Street - Bolnička Street - Stjepana Tomića Street - Ciglane Tunnel - Halida Kajtaza Street - Zmaja od Bosne Street (near the US Embassy).

From New Sarajevo towards the Old Town, the alternative route is: Zmaja od Bosne Street (near the Secondary School of Economics) - Hamdije Ćemerlića Street - Zagrebačka Street - Terezija Street - Skenderija Street - Čobanija Street - Obala Kulina Bana (near the Sarajevo National Theatre).

After safe conditions are established on the road, and after the participants of the event have passed, the Ministry of Internal Affairs will re-establish the regular traffic regime.

During the temporary change of the traffic regime, public passenger transport operators in the Sarajevo Canton will adjust their routes accordingly.
