Three polling stations closed in Stolac: Attempts to vote with others' documents

Three polling stations in Stolac have been closed and voting has been interrupted at the Crnići polling station in the Elementary School, while voting did not even begin at the Hodovo polling station because a member of the Election Board did not allow voting to start due to the incorrect arrangement of tables at the polling station, which prevents insight into voter identification and control of the regularity of the election process, reports the Patria News Agency. 
 
Voting was also interrupted in Bobanovo selo after a voter came to vote without presenting an identification document.  
 
The same violation was observed in Crnići, which led to the interruption of voting around 8:30 AM. At the Podgrad 1 polling station, one person was observed voting on behalf of another person using the documents of someone who did not show up to vote. Observers from the Council of Europe have been informed of the irregularities and the interruption of voting.
