Acting on the order of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency today deprived one person of liberty in the area of the Srebrenica municipality, on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense under Article 241 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, "Obstruction of the Judiciary."
The person deprived of liberty will be brought to the official premises of SIPA, where a criminal investigation will be conducted, after which a decision on their further status will be made in accordance with the instructions of the acting prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
