Police officer arrested in Sarajevo for aggravated theft

(Patria) - Police officers of the Novi Grad Police Administration arrested V.Š. (1990) from Sarajevo, a police officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Sarajevo Canton, at 8:00 PM tonight.

The police officer was arrested for the criminal offense of Aggravated Theft (Article 287, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina) in connection with the criminal offense of Incitement (Article 32 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).

A search of the suspect's residential premises found items suspected to be proceeds of the criminal offense.

After criminal processing, the arrested individual will be handed over to the jurisdiction of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office.
