(Patria) - Police officers of the Department for Combating Narcotic Drug Abuse, under the supervision of the prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of KS, carried out an operation codenamed "Divan" with the aim of documenting criminal offenses of unauthorized trafficking of narcotic drugs.
During searches conducted in the Old Town area, the following were found and seized:
- 62 (sixty-two) PVC packages containing brown matter, which by its appearance resembles the narcotic drug heroin;
- two PVC packages containing brown matter which by its appearance resembles the narcotic drug heroin, with a gross weight of approximately 153.00 grams;
- a certain amount of money;
- other items of interest to the investigation.
A.R., born in 1975 in Sarajevo where he resides, was deprived of his liberty on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of Unauthorized Production and Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs (Article 238, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of FBiH).
After criminal processing, the suspect will be handed over to the further jurisdiction of the acting prosecutor.
