Yesterday, a branch of Raiffeisen Bank d.d. BiH Sarajevo, located at Trg međunarodnog prijateljstva in the Novi Grad Sarajevo municipality, was robbed, reports the Patria news agency.
- The robbery was carried out by two unknown persons, who, threatening with a pistol, committed robbery against a female employee, and a certain sum of money was stolen. The duty prosecutor of the Sarajevo Canton was informed about the incident, and an investigation was conducted by the investigation team of the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton. Police officers are working on clarifying the incident, identifying and finding the perpetrators - said the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton.
Also, yesterday in Sarajevo, a branch of the Formula sports betting shop and a Tobacco press kiosk in Novo Sarajevo were robbed. The perpetrators of the kiosk robbery are still being sought, while the betting shop robber voluntarily reported and confessed to the crime.
- E.R., born in 1976 from Ilidža, voluntarily came to the official premises of the Fourth Police Station and confessed to the betting shop robbery - added the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton.
