Eight people arrested in Sarajevo cafe "La Vita"

Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton arrested eight people in the early morning hours on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of unauthorized possession of firearms or explosives.

- This morning at 4:50 AM in the cafe "La Vita", Olimpijska Street, Novi Grad Sarajevo municipality, police officers deprived of liberty Z.M., born in 1983 (Sarajevo), K.J., born in 1981 (Sarajevo), H.M. 1992 (Makarska), S.Z., 1974 (Sarajevo), M.R., 1994 (Sarajevo), K.B., 1994 (Sarajevo), Š.E., born in 1985 in Sarajevo, and P.B., born in 1976 in Prijepolje, all residing in Sarajevo. During the search of the mentioned individuals, as well as the catering facility, two pistols were found and confiscated: a "Magnum" with 6 rounds of cal. 357 and a "ČZ - Praha" with a magazine and 5 rounds – it was announced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton.
