Full access for disabled persons enabled at the Trebević Cable Car

(Patria) - Independent access and use of the Trebević Cable Car has been fully enabled for disabled persons, following the completion of external landscaping works.
One of Sarajevo's biggest attractions and most successful post-war investments is now fully adapted to the highest European and world standards for disabled persons at both the departure and arrival stations. In addition to secured and marked parking spaces, a functional elevator and an entrance ramp have been equipped according to the highest standards, and the gondolas are designed for unimpeded entry for persons with reduced mobility.

At the arrival station, in addition to the elevator, a ramp has been installed for exiting the facility and for safe access to Trebević, the popular Sarajevo picnic spot. The Trebević Cable Car, as one of the biggest investments of this city administration, continues to attract a large number of visitors, and it is our obligation to preserve and develop this facility in accordance with European and world standards.

In this way, the City of Sarajevo continues to develop Sarajevo's largest park and a major tourist attraction that has fully justified every investment.
