(Patria) - Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (hereinafter: SIPA) on April 20, 2022, as part of the "Phoenix" operation, discovered and temporarily seized a certain amount of the narcotic drug marijuana in the area of Velika Kladuša.
One person was arrested on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of "Unauthorized Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs" as prescribed by the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The said operation was carried out by order of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in cooperation with police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Una-Sana Canton and officials of the Indirect Taxation Authority of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
A report on the committed criminal offense and perpetrator will be filed with the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina against two suspects.
