In operation ALFA, searches conducted at four locations

(Patria) - Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency today (03.11.2021) began searches at four locations in the areas of Foča and Kiseljak, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that two suspects committed the criminal offense of "Organized Crime" under Article 250 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina in connection with the criminal offense of "Unauthorized Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs" under Article 195 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The operational action "Alfa" involves searching persons, residential buildings, and movable property owned or used by the suspects, as well as temporarily seizing items that may serve as evidence in the commission of the aforementioned criminal offenses.

The searches are being conducted under the orders of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and in cooperation with police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska and the Central Bosnia Canton.
