
LJUBušKI, (Patria) - Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) yesterday (Friday), in cooperation with USKOK and the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Croatia, carried out an operation codenamed "Tebra" in the area of Ljubuški, SIPA announced.
During the operation, SIPA police officers searched four locations and arrested two individuals on suspicion of committing the criminal offenses of "Organized Crime" and "Unauthorized Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs".
During the search, several mobile phones, SIM and memory cards, five automatic firearms, a large quantity of ammunition of various calibers, 10 automatic rifle magazines, four electric detonator igniters, two camouflage cameras with antennas, and a "COBRA" handheld radio were discovered and temporarily seized.
After criminal processing at SIPA premises, the arrested individuals were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina for further proceedings.
SIPA thanked the police officers of the Border Police of BiH and the Ministry of the Interior of the West Herzegovina Canton for their assistance in carrying out this operation.
