Flowers laid for 33 murdered Croatian civilians in Grabovica near Jablanica

The 24th anniversary of the war crime against 33 Croatian civilians from the village of Grabovica near Jablanica, committed by a group of Army of RBiH members, was marked in the village. 

The remains of 16 victims have been found so far, while 17 are still being searched for. The president of the association "Grabovica 93", Josip Drežnjak, asked the BiH Prosecutor's Office to shed light on this case so that families can receive at least moral satisfaction.

Don Mile Vidić said today in Grabovica that he wishes for no more crimes to ever happen, but for people in Bosnia and Herzegovina to live next to each other, with each other, for each other, for neighbours to love, respect, and help each other, and to rely on each other regardless of faith and nationality.

Don Vidić also pointed out today in Grabovica the crimes happening around the world in which innocent people are suffering.

"With this prayer, we want to pray for peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also in the whole world, that the victims we commemorate today be an incentive for us to love one another," said Don Vidić.

Flowers were laid at the local memorial in Grabovica on Saturday, the Patria News Agency reports.
