In August 2014, compared to August 2013, the Federation of BiH recorded an increase in the production of drinking milk by 2.4%, fermented dairy products by 30.5%, butter by 128.8%, and cow's cheese by 7.8%, the Federal Statistical Office announced, reports the BiH news agency Patria (NAP).
Compared to the total average in the previous year, an increase in the production of sour cream/cream was recorded in 2014 by 10.7%, fermented dairy products by 48.9%, butter by 29.6%, and cow's cheese by 23.6%.
A decrease was recorded only in the production of drinking milk by 20.1% and kajmak by 14.6% for the first eight months, the Federal Statistical Office further stated, reports NAP.
