Bus veers off road in Montenegro, two people killed

(Patria) - Two people were killed and several injured in an accident that occurred on the Cetinje - Budva road.

Montenegrin media report that a bus veered off the road on the stretch between Obzovica and Brajići.

Initial data from the police indicate that there were between 30 and 35 passengers on the bus, but fortunately, there were no children.

Teams from the Police Directorate reported at 1:10 PM that there were no more injured or new casualties in the wreckage of the bus.

A search of the area is currently underway to determine if anyone fell out of the bus and has not yet received assistance.

All available police forces from Budva and Cetinje have been dispatched to the scene, and members of special police units are en route to Obzovica.

Several fire and ambulance vehicles are on site.
