Brčko Declares Day of Mourning Tomorrow Due to Three Fatalities in Traffic Accident

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Mayor of Brčko, Zijad Nišić, has declared May 19th a Day of Mourning due to the tragic death of three people on the Šamac - Brčko main road.

The Day of Mourning will be observed by flying the BiH flag at half-mast, or on the flagpole, at the buildings of the Government and institutions of Brčko District BiH.

On May 19th, public, cultural, entertainment, and sports events cannot be held. Music is prohibited in catering facilities, except for those where celebrations have been previously scheduled, provided that the celebrations take place indoors. Car and other sirens cannot be used in wedding processions or for other occasions.

All media outlets in the Brčko District BiH will adjust their programming to comply with this Decision on the day of mourning, the Government of Brčko District announced.
