(Patria) - Members of the Una-Sana Canton Ministry of Interior arrested a Russian citizen with initials A.B. (born 1981) last night on charges of document forgery, confirmed for Faktor.ba by MUP spokesperson Adnan Beganović.
- The Support Unit and the Criminal Police Sector conducted a search last night by order of the Municipal Court in Bosanska Krupa, after which at 1:20 a.m. this morning, a Russian citizen with initials A.B., charged with document forgery, was arrested in a house in Bosanska Krupa - said Beganović.
He added that this is all he can say about the case for now. However, some media outlets report that this is Russian citizen Alexander Bezrukhovny - one of the instructors who provided theoretical training to a group of Moldovans near Banja Luka.
According to initial information, he had been under surveillance by officers of the Intelligence-Security Agency (OSA) of Bosnia and Herzegovina for some time, was on an Interpol wanted list, and was arrested while preparing to flee the country.
