Person who committed murder in China arrested in Bijeljina

(Patria) - Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), acting on an international warrant from NCB Interpol, deprived one person of liberty in the area of Bijeljina.

The competent authorities of the People's Republic of China issued a red notice for the said person via NCB Interpol, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion and linking them to the commission of the criminal offense of murder, which was committed on the territory of the People's Republic of China.

Undertaking a series of operational and tactical measures and actions, SIPA police officers located the said person in the area of Bijeljina, after which they were deprived of liberty and brought to the SIPA premises for criminal processing. After these activities are completed, the deprived person will be handed over to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for further proceedings.
