(Patria) - Conducting a joint coordinated operation, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH and SIPA searched facilities and adjacent premises at a company in the area of Gornji Vakuf/Uskoplje.
During the searches, a quantity of approximately 400 kilograms of the narcotic drug marijuana-"skunk" was found, the value of which on the illegal drug market in the EU countries reaches several million convertible marks.
One suspect was apprehended in the operation.
The company premises are under blockade and supervision by the special unit of SIPA, and the searches are continuing throughout the day.
The operation is the result of a multi-month investigation by the Prosecutor's Office of BiH and SIPA. A prosecutor from the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption is on site, directing the work of police officers participating in the operation.
