
(Patria) - In the continuation of the operational action codenamed "MAK", related to documenting persons connected with the criminal offense "Unauthorized Production and Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs" from Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, police officers of the Federal Police Administration, with the assistance of members of the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina, yesterday, July 18, 2019, apprehended a person with initials A.Z. (1993) who was wanted by an operational warrant and was outside the borders of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The said person was processed for criminal activity in the official premises of the Federal Police Administration, and today, along with a report on the committed criminal offense, will be handed over to the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton for further jurisdiction.
We remind you that on July 16, 2019, as part of this operational action, and based on the Orders of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, searches were carried out at nine locations in the Sarajevo Canton area, and seven persons with initials A.M. (1988), A.D. (1984), M.M. (1978), M.Š. (1985), S.K. (1967), E.DŽ. (1966), E.DŽ. (1973) were apprehended, who are connected with the relevant criminal offense.
During the searches, a larger quantity of speed, marijuana, and heroin was found. Scales, packaging materials, and weapons were also seized.
