In the “Kruna” operation, IDDEEA premises were not searched

Some media outlets have published information that during today's operation “Kruna”, conducted by police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska at the request of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the premises of the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA) were also searched, the agency stated, as reported by the Patria news agency. 

In order to provide objective and timely information, we inform the public that none of IDDEEA's organizational units were subject to police searches as part of today's operation “Kruna”.

IDDEEA has six organizational units, the headquarters and the Center for Storage, Personalization and Transport of Personal Documents in Banja Luka, as well as regional centers in Sarajevo, Bijeljina, Mostar and Bihać, the Agency announced.
