Tax Administration found 65 undeclared workers and sealed 47 facilities in 266 inspections

The Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH, on October 4, 2017, conducted a total of 266 inspections in the Federation of BiH, covering taxpayers engaged in catering, trade, and other service and production activities.

In this activity, inspectors of the Tax Administration of FBiH discovered 65 undeclared workers, 84 taxpayers who did not issue fiscal receipts, 23 facilities where business was conducted without the approval of the competent authority, and 27 taxpayers who did not have a fiscal device installed.

Due to the established irregularities: employment of undeclared workers, operating without the approval of competent authorities, and failure to record turnover through a fiscal device, 47 facilities were sealed and 160 misdemeanor orders were issued, with total fines amounting to 370,550.00 KM.

The Tax Administration thanks all taxpayers who duly fulfill their tax obligations and calls on all taxpayers to conduct business legally, to use their money for business improvement, investments, development, for employee salaries, and not to spend hard-earned money on paying fines and interest.
