Sad news from Tuzla: MMA fighter Zein Jusufović died in a traffic accident

(Patria) - Sad news is coming from Tuzla. One person died and two others were seriously injured in a traffic accident that occurred in the Tuzla settlement of Mandići, confirmed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Tuzla Canton.

For reasons yet to be determined, a Mercedes car veered off the road and hit a retaining wall and a fence. MMA fighter and member of the Tuzla Combat Academy club, Zein Jusufović, died in the accident.

His club also announced the news on Instagram.

- With deep sadness and disbelief, we inform friends, the sports community, and all dear people that our brother, friend, and comrade Zein Jusufović, an MMA fighter and proud member of Tuzla Combat Academy (TCA), has left us too soon.

Zein was a true fighter – in the cage and in life. With his strength, courage, and character, he left an indelible mark on our hearts and in our gym.

Inna lillahi we inna ilejhi radži’un. “Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return”.

May Allah grant him Paradise and eternal mercy, and patience to his family in these difficult times - wrote Tuzla Combat Academy (TCA).
