SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Cantonal Prosecutor's Office was today handed over a 19-year-old girl suspected of the criminal offenses of grievous bodily harm, unlawful deprivation of liberty, and unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotic drugs.
She will be detained for 24 hours, and after the prosecuting attorney examines her within that legal timeframe, a decision will be made on further measures.
The suspect is accused of unlawfully acting in an apartment in Alipašino Polje in May this year, specifically, restricting the freedom of movement of two men, then hitting them with fists and feet, and inflicting injuries with a knife.
She was arrested in the FUP operation "Lipa", and during a search of the apartment used by the suspect in the area of Novi Grad Sarajevo municipality, an unknown substance resembling the narcotic drugs "Heroin", "Amphetamine", and "Cannabis Sativa L" was found, along with other items that will be used as evidence in the criminal proceedings.
