Eighteen-year-old A.D. handed over to the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office on suspicion of multiple false bomb threats in schools

(Patria) - An eighteen-year-old suspected of making seven false reports about bombs planted in several high schools in Sarajevo has been handed over to the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office.

The prosecuting attorney will decide on further measures after questioning him.

He is suspected of the criminal offenses of endangering security and false reporting.

We remind you that police officers from the Police Administration of the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Interior yesterday afternoon, under the supervision of a prosecutor from the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton, deprived A.D. (born 2006), an 18-year-old high school student from the Sarajevo Canton area, of his liberty due to reasonable suspicion that in the past period he had falsely reported the existence of explosive devices in schools in the Sarajevo Canton area, thereby committing the criminal offense of Endangering Security (Article 183, Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina) in connection with the criminal offense of False Reporting (Article 347, Paragraph 4 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
