The Municipal Court in Sarajevo confirmed the indictment against Armin Muratović yesterday. He is charged with the serious criminal offense against the safety of public traffic. Along with the indictment, the Cantonal Prosecution proposed a detention measure for Muratović, who is at liberty under certain restrictive measures, the Prosecution of the Sarajevo Canton announced, as reported by the Patria news agency.
As a reminder, on February 18 this year, Muratović killed pedestrian Fikreta Salman in the Sarajevo neighborhood of Stup.
He was driving at a speed of 70 kilometers per hour in a place where the limit is 60.
