(Patria) - The Prosecutor's Office of Tuzla Canton (TK) this morning submitted a proposal to the Municipal Court in Lukavac for a one-month detention for the father of the child from Lukavac who on Wednesday shot a teacher at Lukavac Grad Elementary School.
"He is suspected of the criminal offense of neglect or abuse of a child or minor under the Criminal Code of FBiH, and for the criminal offense under Articles 72 and 73 of the Law on Weapons and Ammunition of TK (Unauthorized acquisition, possession, and sale of weapons and essential parts for weapons)," the TK Prosecutor's Office announced.

An investigation has been opened against the suspect, and the acting prosecutor questioned him last night regarding the criminal offenses he is charged with.
