PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE COMMENTS ON 120 KG OF COCAINE IN ŠIROKI BRIJEG Investigation into persons connected to international drug trafficking underway

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The duty prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, along with police officers of SIPA, coordinated activities for carrying out searches and investigations at a location near Široki Brijeg, where approximately 120 kilograms of a powdery substance, suspected to be the narcotic drug "cocaine", were found.

This quantity of narcotic drug has a value of several million on the illegal drug market, and the prosecutor's office, SIPA, and partner institutions and agencies are conducting intensive activities to identify persons connected to this international trafficking of narcotic drugs.

In the interest of the investigation, law enforcement agencies cannot provide further information at this time.
