(Patria) - The BiH Prosecutor's Office, in accordance with the law, sent a request to the court, and the BiH Court issued an order to seize certain documentation from the Government of RS, the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, and several political parties, within the scope of a case being handled by the BiH Prosecutor's Office, it was announced from this institution.
"Therefore, it is not about searching premises or persons as reported in some media, but exclusively about seizing items in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Criminal Procedure of BiH.
SIPA BiH is acting on the execution of the order. We cannot provide more information or details," it was announced.
