Prosecution failed to prove that judge Miletić damaged the BiH budget by 1,796 KM

The Municipal Court in Sarajevo acquitted BiH Court judge Dragica Miletić of charges brought by the BiH Prosecutor's Office, which accused her of, from February to December 2009, while serving as the BiH Ombudsman, obtaining for herself property gain of 1,796 KM at the expense of the BiH budget and the BiH Ombudsman's Office, confirmed by the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo, reports the BiH news agency Patria. 

The indictment against judge Miletić was initially filed by the BiH Prosecutor's Office and submitted for confirmation to the BiH Court, which subsequently forwarded the case to the Municipal Court in Sarajevo. 

From the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo, they announced that on Friday a verdict was rendered acquitting the accused Dragica Miletić of the charges, as it was not proven that she committed the criminal offense for which she was charged by the BiH Prosecutor's Office.
