Prosecutor's Office cannot comment on Palić case

The BiH Prosecutor's Office does not wish to and cannot comment on the case of Rašid Palić, the dismissed head of the SIPA Regional Office in Sarajevo, whom the BiH Court reinstated to his position with a non-final verdict.

- The BiH Prosecutor's Office cannot provide any comment on this inquiry – Boris Grubešić, spokesperson for the BiH Prosecutor's Office, told NAP when asked about the status of the investigation into the Palić case.

We remind you that the BiH Prosecutor's Office received a report against responsible persons in the Internal Control Department of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), the Disciplinary Commission, as well as other responsible persons of the Agency due to a founded suspicion that during 2012, starting from April, while performing official duties as responsible persons of the Internal Control Department within the State Investigation and Protection Agency, as well as other management officials of the Agency, committed the criminal offense of abuse of position or authority under Article 220, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
