Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office seeks pre-trial detention for Pala and Hećo for attempted murder at Kobilja Glava, weapons and drugs found

(Patria) - The acting prosecutor of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office has proposed to the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo the detention of Faris Pala and Adnan Hećo for one month due to the criminal offenses of attempted murder, damage to another's property, illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials, and unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotic drugs. Detention has been proposed due to the risk that they might influence witnesses, conceal evidence, and repeat the criminal offense if released.

They are suspected of using firearms from a moving vehicle on Saturday morning in the Kobilja Glava area, targeting the injured party who was driving a motor vehicle. There were no injuries.

During the search of the vehicle and residential premises used by the suspects in the Old Town area, police officers found and seized an automatic rifle, a pistol, a certain amount of ammunition, several PVC packages of heroin, cocaine, and marijuana, grinders, a digital scale, and other items of interest to the investigation.
