KS Prosecutor's Office Conducts Investigative Actions Regarding Appointment of Acting FUP Director

(Patria) - The Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office (KS) received a report on May 18 against the Prime Minister of the FBiH Nermin Nikšić, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the FBiH Ram Isak, the former Minister of Internal Affairs of the FBiH Aljoša Čampara, and the acting director of the Federal Police Administration (FUP) Vahidin Munjić.

As confirmed to BHRT by the Prosecutor's Office, an investigation is not being conducted against the aforementioned individuals, but rather the allegations in the report are being verified to determine if the actions of the reported individuals contain elements of a criminal offense.

BHRT unofficially learns that the report pertains to the appointment of Vahidin Munjić as acting director of the FUP.
