The office of the Chief Prosecutor of the KS Prosecutor's Office has formed a case ex officio after a physical attack by MP Rasim Smajić on colleague Predrag Kojović, who was knocked to the ground, in the KS Assembly, writes the BH News Agency Patria.
As confirmed by Azra Bavčić, spokesperson for the KS Prosecutor's Office, MPs Sabina Ćudić and Predrag Kojović gave statements to the acting prosecutor today.
The unpleasant scenes from the KS Assembly were also recorded by TVSA cameras, which were broadcasting the session live, and the Minister of Internal Affairs of KS Vedran Mulabdić and the Prime Minister of KS Elmedin Konaković stood in defense of Kojović.
