(Patria) - The Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of the Sarajevo Canton confirmed that SIPA officers, acting on an order from the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office, deprived four persons of liberty on suspicion of the criminal offense of organizing a group for the purpose of committing criminal offenses related to abuse of position or authority.
"The persons deprived of liberty are suspected of abuses in public procurement at the University Clinical Center during 2011 and 2012. After the criminal investigation at SIPA, the prosecuting attorney will decide on further measures against the suspects," the statement from the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office reads.
