Prosecutor's Office formed a case based on NDP's report: Izetbegović and Softić under investigation

Based on the report of the People's Democratic Movement (NDP), the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has formed a case that is in progress and certain checks are being carried out.

Furthermore, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH says that no investigation has been launched against specific individuals, but it is quite clear that a criminal complaint will have to be checked against the member of the Presidency of BiH Bakir Izetbegović due to alleged abuse of official position, and Sakib Softić due to false representation and unauthorized undertaking of official actions in connection with the initiation of a review of the International Court of Justice judgment on the lawsuit against Serbia.

- The People's Democratic Movement believes that this issue, since it was opened, has a legal character with serious political implications, which is why we opted for this entire situation to be resolved by legal means before the judicial authorities of BiH, and not by political means - it was stated then from the NDP.
