SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Based on a submission from representatives of the injured parties and the association Justice for David, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH immediately sent a request for the submission of case files related to the death of David Dragičević in March 2018 in Banja Luka.
The request was sent to the District Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka and the Special Prosecutor's Office of Republika Srpska.
After the submission and analysis of the case files, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH will make a decision on further steps and activities, it was announced today from the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.
