Prosecutor's Office of BiH Requests Custody for Fahrudin Radončić

After examining the suspect, the acting prosecutor submitted a proposal to the Court of BiH for the imposition of a 30-day custody measure for the suspect Fahrudin Radončić, it was announced from the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, reports the Patria agency.

The custody proposal was submitted for the reasons described in Article 132, points b) and c) of the CPC of BiH, namely due to the existence of a risk that the suspect, if released, could obstruct the investigation, conceal evidence, and influence witnesses or accomplices, and commit a new criminal offense or complete one already begun.

The acting prosecutor, together with his team of associates and advisors, continues the intensive investigation in this case.

The proceedings being conducted are fully in line with the orders to initiate and expand the investigation, and procedural actions are taken in the order prescribed, with the acting prosecutor authorized to lead the investigation, supervise the work of authorized officials, coordinate the investigation, and act in accordance with legal powers throughout the entire course of the investigation.
