Prosecutor's Office of BiH conducts investigation against Aleksandra Pandurević for war crime!

A proceeding is underway in the Prosecutor's Office of BiH against Aleksandra Pandurević, an SDS deputy in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, the Patria news agency learns.

As an unofficial source from the Prosecutor's Office of BiH confirmed to us, the proceeding, i.e., the investigation was launched based on a report that she committed a war crime against the civilian population. Pandurević is suspected of war crimes committed in Hadžići, about which numerous witnesses have testified in the media and which will guide prosecutors in the proceeding.

However, there has been no official confirmation of her involvement in monstrous acts. Nevertheless, our source from the Prosecutor's Office reveals that the proceeding has been initiated, but the spokesperson of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, Boris Grubešić, when asked „whether a report has been filed with the Prosecutor's Office of BiH and whether the Prosecutor's Office is conducting an investigation against Aleksandra Pandurević, a state deputy in Parliament,“ stated that „the Prosecutor's Office of BiH cannot provide any comment on the said inquiry.“

However, the attacks, accusations, and objections to the work of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH by Aleksandra Pandurević confirm that she is aware of the report and investigation.

Thus, one of the witnesses stated that she remembers Aleksandra Pandurević well when she came in the summer of 1992 in a military uniform with a pistol in her belt, together with war criminal Zoran Gašavić, to the settlement.

- Aleksandra even addressed my daughter Safija. They came to look for gold and money. One day, they pulled a “Mercedes” and other valuables from Osman Muratović's house.

Aleksandra is accused of encouraging members of the aggressor Army of the RS to rape Bosniak women, and whether the Prosecutor's Office of BiH will officially prove Pandurević's actions in the near future remains to be seen.

Also, in her statements, she said that the OSCE should not have insight into the cases of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, especially those concerning war crimes.
