Prosecutor's Office of BiH Indicted 431 Persons in 2015

A collegium was held at the Prosecutor's Office of BiH to review the Office's work over the past three years, and in 2015 the norm was achieved at 159.77%, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

From the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, they stated that these are the best results in the history of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

Number of indictments filed: 195 against 431 persons

Also, it was highlighted that in 2015, 382 cases against 1,197 persons were resolved.

Data for 2013 - Quality 94% collective norm 119.61%

Data for 2014 - Quality 89% collective norm 128%

Data for 2015 - Quality 92% collective norm 159.77%

The presented data, as well as the fact that by the end of last year, prosecutorial decisions were made in all Category 2 cases, where investigations were forwarded from the Hague Tribunal Prosecutor's Office, speak of significant achieved results.

For 2016, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH announces an even more decisive fight against organized crime, corruption, terrorism, and continues efficient processing of war crimes cases, and announces that it will continue to work in the interest of the rule of law and the security of all citizens of our country.
