Prosecutor's Office of BiH seeks custody for those arrested for crimes in Zaklopača

The Prosecutor's Office of BiH will file a motion for custody for the suspects in war crimes in Zaklopača, it was announced from the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

After questioning the suspects, the acting prosecutor will file a motion for the determination of custody for the suspects: Jolović Branko, born in 1957 in Milići, Milošević Milomir, born in 1961 in Vlasenica, Vukotić Nenad, born in 1963 in Milići, Lošić Nikola, born in 1965 in Milići, Milanović Dejan, born in 1946 in Milići.

- The motion for custody will be proposed for the reasons described in Article 132 of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH, including the danger that they might obstruct the investigation, conceal evidence, or influence witnesses or accomplices if they remain at liberty.

An investigation is being conducted against the aforementioned suspects for the criminal offense of crimes against humanity under Article 172 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

They are accused of participating in the attack on the village of Zaklopača, in the municipality of Milići, inhabited by Bosniak population, on May 16, 1992, when more than 60 victims of Bosniak nationality were killed, including women, children, and the elderly - it was announced from the Prosecutor's Office.
