(Patria) - The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina proposed to the Court of BiH to impose house arrest on Denis Stojnić, who was arrested on October 29, his lawyer Omar Mehmedbašić confirmed to the media.
"He gave a statement, admitted to trading in influence, and completely denied the allegations of prostitution. There is no evidence of prostitution. House arrest was proposed for him," said Mehmedbašić.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton stated after the arrest that Stojnić is suspected of the criminal offense of "International Incitement to Prostitution" and "Receiving a Gift or Other Form of Benefit for Trading in Influence".
