Prosecutor's Office of BiH proposed house arrest for Denis Stojnić

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - After examining the suspect, the acting prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption submitted to the Court of BiH a proposal for the strictest prohibition measures – house arrest, for the suspect Stojnić Denis.

The suspect is under investigation for the corrupt criminal offense of receiving a reward or other form of benefit for influence peddling under Article 219 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

The prohibition measures also include a ban on contacting and meeting with certain persons related to the case.

The prohibition measures and house arrest were deemed sufficient for the unimpeded conduct of the investigation led by the prosecutor's office and partner police agencies.
